Welcome to the 2012 Supplement Superstores Operation Transformation! You’ve done the work, now comes the easy part! Simply fill out the required information and submit your photos and essay below and you’re officially entered to win the $10,000 Prize!
You’ve already worked hard to reach your goals, so we’ve tried to make the contest as easy as possible for you. That being said, our lawyers did provide us with some “fine print” Rules and Regulations. We’ll make it easy for you, though …
Here’s the 4-1-1 if you don’t want to read all the fine print:

You must be 18 years or older to enter.

To be considered you must submit a before and after picture as well as a brief essay with the story of your journey. The photos make up 40% of your overall score, and the essay is 60% of your score.
BEFORE PICTURES:
Only full body photos should be submitted. Your photos must be quality pictures… meaning show us the true state of your ‘before’. This should be a full body photo in clothing that shows us where you’re starting from. Cell phone self-portraits taken in the mirror can not be accepted. You don't have to strip down to a swimsuit or trunks… but the better you can show the transformation… the better your transformation can be judged… and the better your chances of winning! Just how bad do you want that $10 grand??
For those who started their transformation in 2011 we realize you have to find a full body picture from the last year and it may not truly show what shape you started out in. Keep digging! Find a pic that gives us a great idea of just how much work you did.
For those who are starting now… bring your ‘A’ game! Don’t be lazy and find a picture of yourself on facebook… take a new one. You can even use this new full body photo as inspiration as you get going! But, TAKE A NEW PICTURE! If you are just starting, we would definitely recommend a before in your swim wear because it will showcase your transformation much better when you are read to submit and your chances of winning will go way up! Remember, as the year goes on the competition is going to get steeper. These pictures are the only way we can see your transformation.AFTER PICTURES:
All submitted ‘After’ pictures should be full body, recent photos taken specifically for this contest. Cell phone self-portraits taken in the mirror can not be accepted. Do not find a picture you already have, TAKE A NEW FULL BODY PHOTO! It should be just you, not you and all your buddys drinking at the lake. The better you show off your progress the better your chances of winning. 10 Grand is serious money, and we’re giving it away to people who take this contest seriously! The competition is steep so having good clear pictures that best showcase your transformation are VERY important. We know you can do it… grab a buddy and have them snap your new ‘After’ photo. Don't be afraid to get in that swim suit or swim trunks for your after photo. After all, you should be proud to show off your hard work! Remember, if you don't win one month…KEEP WORKING and submit a newer better progress photo for the next month!All photos, both Before and Afters, should be clear, original and not altered in any way. No Photoshopping that waist down or adding muscles in. We'll leave those shady tricks to the magazines.
When you submit your entry we'll look it over and contact you. We want everyone to have a fair chance, and if your photos don't quite match what's described above we'll be sure to contact you back.
EXAMPLE PHOTOS:
The better you show off your progress the better your chances of winning! While these pictures are not of S2 Operation Transformation winners, they are a good representation of what the photos should look like. So don't be afraid to get in that swim suit or swim trunks for your after photo. We realize this is not "required" but after seeing many of the transformations that have been submitted...we are just trying to share with you what will give you the best chances of winning! Remember, you don't have to take your pictures in a swimsuit, but they DO need to be photos taken specifically for this contest and really show your transformation in the best way possible. And remember, no cell phone self-portraits in the mirror guys!
ESSAY:
The essay should tell the story of your transformation … How you did it, training you did, what products you used, how you stayed motivated, any help you've had, obstacles you've had to overcome along the way, how the transformation has changed your life and any other important details that you think are important for us to consider you as we review the submissions for the prize each month. Remember, this is 60% of your score… take your time and make it count!To be considered for a particular month, all entries must be in by 11:59 PM on the 20th of the previous month. Entries received after that time and date will automatically be rolled over and considered for the following month. The winner for each month will be announced on the 1st of the month.

All applications that do not win will roll over and be considered eligible to win in the following months. However, we certainly promote ongoing progress so if your transformation continues to get better, we suggest you re-enter with a new “After” picture!

The winner will be decided by Supplement Superstores and the prize will be awarded on the first of each month by Supplement Superstores. We’ll be contacting the winners by e-mail and/or phone directly as well, so be sure your contact info is correct when you submit your photos and essay.

Champions will win a $10,000.00 endorsement contract to become exclusive endorsers for Supplement Superstores and related products and services and enter into a one-year exclusive endorsement agreement with Supplement Superstores. That means you get 10 grand and automatic elevation to local celebrity status!

Trust in us that we’ll choose the most qualified candidate each month out of all of the entries that come in. This is a contest about your personal achievement, so no complaining or whining if you don’t win.

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, custom duties and/or shipping of your prizes in the event that you win. We can only ship the monetary prize to a U.S. address. Foreign winners must be able to retrieve the prize from a U.S. address to be eligible to win. (Sorry … Our lawyers made us put this in)

By submitting your photo and essay here for the Operation Transformation contest, you understand that the images and text you submit to us become the sole property of Supplement Superstores and that Supplement Superstores is free to use both your essay and images however they see fit as well as to share them with its vendors and affiliates.
