Cody has been active in the nutrition industry for close to 5 years now. Ever since being a high school athlete he has worked to take his nutrition and training to a higher level. In high school, he was the starting quarterback back home in Perryville, Missouri. Cody moved up to Saint Louis in 2003 for college and is a graduate from Maryville University with a Bachelors of Science degree. Cody has also furthered his education in nutrition by becoming a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist. When Cody isn't helping others reach their nutrition goals he is in the gym training or at home reading a book about business. Cody has set a goal to one day compete in a bodybuilding show.

Aaron has always been a very active person and really enjoyed sports. He spent most of his time at Gateway Technical High School lettering in baseball and football all four years. Along with high school sports Aaron enjoyed playing American Legion baseball at Rock Memorial post in Imperial and later went on pursuing his education in Sports Management as well as playing baseball at Maryville University. Then in the spring of 2009 Aaron became an A.F.P.A. Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist and joined the S2 team at the Manchester location. Aaron is an avid lifter and can be found at the gym nearly every day perusing his fitness goals.

Tim grew up in Eureka, Missouri and went to Northwest High School. He played soccer, basketball and baseball competitively from age 5 to 14 with the same group of guys. He lives in Creve Coeur now with his wife and 2 year old son, Jackson. Tim got serious about lifting in 2010 and it quickly became an avid hobby, almost an obsession, for him. He lives the life he loves and loves the life he lives.

Funny story : When Tim was 6, he would find rocks that looked cool to him and would gather them all up in a bag and go door to door in his neighborhood trying to sell them. People would actually buy them, and today he understands why it's hard to say no to a kid at your front door!
